Sergio Cruz is a dedicated criminal defense attorney who is proactive and driven to ensure his clients receive the best representation for DUI, criminal and traffic offenses. Bilingual, Sergio is commitment to answering every client’s concerns and explains every aspect of their cases, whether in Spanish or English. And he works tirelessly to protect the rights of all clients, guiding them through the court process, and offering them the best outcome possible in their cases.

Sergio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business from the University of Miami and earned his J.D. from The Shepard Broad School of Law at Nova Southeastern University. During his internship with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office he worked extensively on traffic misdemeanors. After graduation, Cruz worked as in-house counsel for one of the largest tree farms in Central and South Florida, defending its fleet of drivers in all traffic matters. His knowledge about the defense of criminal matters is strong, and he brings that experience to all his client’s cases.

Sergio was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
